Booked king room, that included a mini-bar, central heating, and a TV. The location offered was absolutely perfect next to Right across is the local market street with street food stalls, activities in area and lagoon. The staff were very amiable, took care of us during 1 day stay.

Very exclusively situated, right over the Oualidia lagoon, excellent view, very easy access from the main road.
Hotel is designed for summer only, no heating is provided during cold periods.

The panoramic view is nice, but only after payment of an extra charge.Otherwise you will have "fountain vue" which is the street side. ( impossible to see the fountain from your room !)
Bad service, incompetent personnel, at arrival we received a dirty room, the tables of the restaurant were not cleaned, personnel was indifferent to our requests, swimming pool was also dirty, unfortunately we could not cancel our reservation in this hotel. This is the worst experience I ever got with a hotel of Booked.net during all these years ! What a shame ! This cannot be a four star hotel !

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, with its friendly staff, clean surroundings, and a fantastic location right by the ocean and nearby restaurants.

The bedrooms of the hotel are clean and comfortable and there is a nice lobby area. The Staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good
Bearing in mind that this is a 4-star hotel, The restaurant was not good for an evening meal, especially if you go with an 'international' dish. Many of the items on the menu were not available and portions were small.

The view from our room at Chateau Eden was amazing. We could see the ocean right from our bedroom, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself was fine and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a beautiful view every morning.

Amicable and excellent staff all over the place. Brand-new room and amazing views, exceptionally comfortable bed. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Incredibly rude staff. We almost weren't given a room due to the hotel not having received a fax from Booked.net even though we had a print out of the confirmation. The staff found this very amusing that 3 female travellers could be left with nowhere to stay. We then had to make a call to Booked.net (who were excellent) who then rang the hotel to confirm reservation. It was very stressful (and an expensive phone call) when in reality it shouldn't have been an issue as the hotel wasn't full and we had a copy of our booking reservation. The road outside was also very loud, we were woken each morning at 5am. We had no fountain view and the room also smelt and the daily clean was minimal.

The Easter break was a fun getaway and was a good choice of location. the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were useful extras, particularly as the signal was strong in the hotspots. the view from the rooftop was the best location to view the sunrise and sunset.
The management was terrible. the manager ignored us or, worse, was rude when we asked questions.
